A Message of Solidarity and Unity
During this time of calamity, we hope you and your loved ones feel safe, secure, and cared for. The Santa Barbara Unified School District is holding school on line, including the shop classes.
We put the health of our community before all, so the plans we had for putting on our Annual BIG SHOW have been cancelled. The Tools for Schools Program and our Career Day Program are also in pause mode.
When challenging times arise, it is natural to draw close to our communities for support. TRADART in a few words would like to share with you, gratitude.
First of all TRADART says thank you. Thank you for realizing and acting on the importance of establishing a local Building and Construction CTE Pathway for the Santa Barbara Unified School District. TRADART is a unifiying voice supporting students’ professional goals; self-reliance can bring a great deal of self-esteem.
Second, TRADART would like to say we are still here for you. We too are learning to socialize digitally. Our shop doors might be closed but School is still in session. Schools, teachers and students face extreme challenges, and its all being processed in real time. We thank you for your involvement in TRADART work.
The organization exists because of the combined passions of your involvement with us.
