In partnership with the Santa Barbara County Education Office, Partners In Education, and the Santa Barbara Unified School District, Doug Ford (Founding Partner of DD Ford Construction) heads up more than four yearly Career Days events. Dozens of professionals and industry leaders gather to showcase their skills, trade-show style. High school students are provided the opportunity to experience for themselves various aspects of different trades.
